To Whom It May Concern, During my search for a security system to meet my companies needs and what I asked for, the only reason I chose your company was because of your representative, Ms. Lugo. She blew your competition out of the water. I interviewed with three of your competitors before Mr. Lugo gave her presentation. She came fully prepared. Color graphics - no other had that. Pictures of the product, no other had that. What impressed me the most was that what she stated whe she sat down to give me her proposal. "Ms. Hamilton, you asked me to recommend what would be the best security for your office - this is what I recommend - however you can cross anything off that you do not want" No one else did that. NO ONE. Ms. Lugo, being the last interview of the day, was there after hours. Ms. Lugo was impeccably dressed, manicured. Not a hair out of place. One of your competitors came in a T-shirt (not tucked in) and jeans. When he drew the plans of my office, he totally missed the back door - my primary point of entry into the office, and made no suggestion where to place the keypad. Just left it blank - he was in my office approximately 10 minutes and gone. What impressed me even further, is when my husband stopped by and engaged Ms. Lugo in conversation regarding your product, he being more technical than I, Ms. Lugo was able to switch tracks and accomodate his need for information and believe me he is a hard sell. Ms. Lugo is a class act. She represents your company and product well. I have never met a woman, in my years on earth, who could out perform a man as she did, not one, but three. Ms. Lugo, if you ever need a letter of recommendation, it would be my pleasure to provide you with one. A very grateful customer.

The services guys were wonderful they did a great job in installing the alarm and were very careful in going around the house in doing their job. It had been a long time since I had met people that were nice, courteous, respectful, and great manners. These showed me that you all care about the job you do. We really need more people like you & your service men. I can see that Security Depot really cares about their customers.
